COMANSI MINI-OESTE
In the early 1970s, the Spanish toy giant COMANSI created a series of 30mm figures of cowboys, indians and cavalrymen together with cars, forts and accessories. The collection received the name of MINI-OESTE and was a success in its time. They were the favorite figures of my childhood.
The collection consisted of the following boxes:
- Indians with a small town.
- Cowboys on foot and on horseback. Includes a wagon.
- US cavalry on foot and on horseback. Includes a wagon.
- Dodge Ciudad Sin Ley (Dodge Lawless City). A big box with a complete Far West town, wagons, cowboys, indians, cavalry, etc.
- Todo el Oeste americano (All American West). Includes a Western street, section of a fort and an Indian village along with assorted figures and accessories.
- El Gran Cañon del Colorado (Grand Canyon).
- Fort Laramie.
- Fort Federal.
- Western briefcase.
Later many figures of the Mini-Oeste were marketed unpainted and in various presentations.
